If you decide that the golf product you purchased is not what you expected, wanted or whatever other reason, you have thirty (30) days to return it, hassle free and we will either exchange it or issue a refund for the full price of the item. That simple! If you are not satisfied with your purchase after the thirty (30) day return policy has expired, we will still accommodate you! You have up to forty-five (45) days to return your clubs and we will only charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
For example: If you purchase a club for 100$ and want to return it after forty-three (43) days, we will give you a credit or refund of 85$.

All items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging and any accessories. Packages must be shipped back to Caddy Pro Golf within thirty (30) days of the initial delivery at your location for a complete refund or within forty-five (45) days for a refund with a reinsertion fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless it was Caddy Pro Golf's mistake. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number.

- Every item purchased can be returned once for a credit or refund.
